Building the standard in F&I products, training, and dealer reinsurance.

We are more than a provider of F&I products. We are a dedicated partner in your dealership's success. Tax-efficient programs, adaptive training, and ongoing coaching designed to compound results month after month.

We Are Elite FI

We set out to raise the bar for what a true agency should provide.

Elite FI Partners is an independent F&I agency, founded in 2013, that gives automotive, powersports, RV and marine dealerships three things from one partner: F&I products from more than a dozen administrators, dealer reinsurance and profit participation programs, and adaptive F&I manager training.

Our vision has always been bigger than selling products or offering standard training. For us, it's about culture and impact. Inside our agency, we've built a team that shares the same passion to lead, to innovate, and to make a difference.

Our mission is to transform the partnership between agencies and dealerships: to move beyond transactional relationships and become a trusted force for growth. Every dealer partner deserves more than a vendor. They deserve a team that understands their challenges, stands beside them, and pushes them to reach new heights.

This is the standard we live by. This is the future we're building. Together, with our dealer partners, we're not just keeping up with the industry. We're shaping what's next.

From our dealers

In their own words.

“Your rep is key. There hasn’t been a single issue I’ve had that hasn’t been handled within a 24-hour period.”
Shane VossoughCar Time Supercenter
“My costs of warranty contracts have gone down tremendously. … When they’re not apt to cover a certain claim that we feel should be covered, Mike will make the phone call to those warranty companies and get those things covered.”
Hammed MayahiThe Car Lot
“Michael called another provider, and even though they weren’t involved with it, they got involved. They got the customer taken care of, got the claim paid for them, and they didn’t even have a contract with them.”

Frequently asked

The questions dealers ask first.

Want a deeper conversation? Schedule a call with our team.

What is dealer reinsurance?+
Dealer reinsurance allows a dealership to capture underwriting profit and investment income on eligible F&I contracts by reinsuring them in a dealer-controlled structure.
Which F&I products are best for reinsurance?+
Most F&I products are eligible for a dealer reinsurance program, including GAP. What we recommend placing in it is a narrower question: we typically build around stable lines such as vehicle service contracts, limited warranties, and appearance protection, and we evaluate GAP separately and often leave it out because its loss severity is higher and more volatile. The mix is decided deliberately from the store's own claims experience.
How do CFC, Super CFC, DOWC, and Retro programs differ?+
CFC and Super CFC are captive structures with different tax and capital considerations. DOWC is a dealer-owned warranty company format. Retro is profit sharing without forming a captive. We provide side-by-side analysis to help you choose the best fit.
How does NextGen Virtual F&I work with our current team?+
NextGen Virtual F&I supplies remote finance managers for compliant menu presentations, digital paperwork, lender coordination, and reporting. It can work alongside your existing team, support an agreed hybrid arrangement, or serve as your dealership's remote finance department. The right setup depends on your staffing, deal volume, workflow, and coverage needs.
What is Adaptive F&I Training?+
Adaptive F&I Training combines in-store coaching and virtual sessions, focusing on menu process, compliance waivers, role-playing, objection handling, and KPI tracking to increase PVR and product penetration.
When is a dealership ready to start reinsurance?+
Once you have consistent contract volume and stable loss trends, we run a pro forma, compare structures, and can warehouse premiums while the entity is formed to avoid disruptions.
