FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

What is the Finance Manager Readiness Assessment?

It is a short, interactive self-assessment that measures how prepared your F&I department is across the eight pillars of Adaptive Training: product knowledge, discovery, menu presentation, objection handling, compliance, coaching, accountability, and leadership. You get an overall readiness score plus a breakdown and personalized recommendations.

How long does it take?

About five minutes. There are roughly thirty quick questions, your progress saves automatically, and you can go back to change any answer before you see your results.

Do I have to give my contact information?

No. You can take the full assessment and see your scores and recommendations without entering anything. Contact details are only requested afterward if you want a detailed personalized report sent to you.

How is the score calculated?

Each category is scored independently from your answers, then averaged into an overall readiness score. The results highlight your strengths and the categories with the most room to grow, and recommend where to focus first.

Will it tell me I need everything?

No, and that is the point. Adaptive Training is built on the idea that no two dealerships need the same plan. The assessment exists to identify where improvement should happen for your store, so you can focus effort where it matters most.

Is this accurate for my specific dealership?

It is a directional self-assessment, not an audit. It is an honest starting point for a conversation. For a precise picture, Elite FI Partners can review your actual F&I performance and build a plan around your store.

What happens after I finish?

You see your overall score, a category breakdown, your strengths and opportunities, and personalized next steps that link to the right resources. You can optionally request a detailed report, or start over at any time.

How does this connect to Adaptive Training?

The eight categories are the pillars of the Adaptive Training system. Your results point you to the specific pages and programs, from menu presentation to coaching to the Dealer Timeline, that address your dealership’s particular gaps.
