What is Elite OS?
Elite OS is the software Elite FI Partners built to run its partner dealerships. Your Elite FI agent works your account in it every day, and your team signs in to the parts built for you: EliteRater, the Adaptive Training Platform and your Dealer Timeline. Reports such as the Profit Sharing Report are printed from it.
Does my dealership sign in to Elite OS itself?
No. Elite OS is where the Elite FI team works. Your team signs in to the tools built for dealers, the dealer portal for training and your Dealer Timeline, and EliteRater for rating and contracting. Both sign you in with a one time code sent to your email, so there is no password to remember.
Who can see my dealership’s information?
Your timeline, training and reports are private to your dealership and the Elite FI team. Each dealer tool shows a signed in person only their own store.
What is the difference between Elite OS tools and partner platforms?
Elite OS tools are built by Elite FI Partners. Partner platforms, such as e-Director, DealFI and NextGen Virtual F&I, are built by specialist companies and set up and supported through your Elite FI agent.
How do I get access?
The dealer portal and Dealer Timeline come with an Elite FI partnership, and your agent adds your team. EliteRater is switched on for dealers by their agent and is opening to more dealers in stages; join the launch list on the EliteRater page to hear when it opens for your store.
