Do the work.
We hire people who are comfortable being on the floor with a dealer, in a coaching call at 7pm, or building a pro forma on a Saturday. This is a hands-on role.
Be transparent.
We run our agency the same way we run our reinsurance programs: with the math visible. We expect the same from the people who represent us.
Stay curious.
The F&I industry changes. Compliance requirements change. Lenders change. We want people who are curious about those changes and who learn continuously.
Own the relationship.
