Every administrator's rates. One screen.
EliteRater is the rating and contracting desk Elite FI Partners builds for its dealers. Decode the VIN once, see every administrator side by side, and build the menu in the same place.
About a minute, no sound. A demo store: administrator names and prices are examples.
From the VIN to a written contract, on one deal.
- 1
Decode the VIN
Year, make, model, trim and drivetrain come from the VIN. Add the miles and the deal, once.
- 2
Rate every administrator
Live rates come back from each administrator’s own system, side by side, with the surcharges that apply already switched on.
- 3
Present the menu
Build a menu from the plans you picked. One tap hides dealer cost so the screen can turn toward the customer.
- 4
Write the contract
Contract what the customer chooses from the same deal, where the administrator supports it, without re-keying it in a portal.
Three administrators, one screen.
Switch the deductible and Best moves to whichever administrator costs least at each term. Turn on Customer view and the screen is ready to face the customer.
| Administrator | 36 months | 48 months | 60 months |
|---|---|---|---|
| Administrator A | $2,290Cost $1,290 | $2,590Cost $1,590 | $2,910Cost $1,910 |
| Administrator B | Best$2,260Cost $1,260 | $2,625Cost $1,625 | Best$2,880Cost $1,880 |
| Administrator C | $2,335Cost $1,335 | Best$2,570Cost $1,570 | $2,945Cost $1,945 |
Example figures with a $1,000 markup, not real rates. Administrators are unnamed on purpose. Turn on Customer view to see what the customer sees.
Built for the desk, not the back office.
Like coverages line up
Comparable coverage levels sit together across administrators, and Best marks the lowest cost at each deductible for each term.
Surcharges picked for you
The surcharges that apply to the vehicle and the deal are switched on from the VIN, and included in every price you see.
Your markups, set once
Set a markup per product, as dollars or a percentage over cost, and every rate comes back already priced your way.
Salespeople never see cost
Managers, F&I and sales each get their own view. A sales role sees the price, never the dealer cost.
Brochures beside the plans
Brochures, sample contracts and videos show with the plans when you present, so the customer sees what they are buying.
No password to remember
Sign in with a one time code sent to your email. Your agent switches each person on, and off.
Your agent works in it beside you.
EliteRater runs on Elite OS, the same system your agent uses for your store. That gives your agent tools that make the desk faster before a customer ever sits down.
Rate Inventory
Your agent rates your whole lot against the plans you choose, in one sheet, so you know what each unit can carry before it sells.
Compare coverages
One VIN beside every administrator's coverage levels, term by term, when you are deciding which programs to run.
Switched on per person
Your agent turns each person at your store on, with the role that fits, and off again the day they leave.
How is this different from rating in each portal?
Most F&I offices rate one administrator portal at a time. EliteRater puts them on one deal.
| Topic | One portal at a time | EliteRater |
|---|---|---|
| Sign in | A login per administrator portal | One sign in, with a code sent to your email |
| Comparing | Re-key the VIN in each portal and compare by memory | Decode once, every administrator side by side |
| Surcharges | Looked up and added by hand | Switched on from the VIN and the deal |
| Pricing | Worked out per deal on a calculator | Your markups applied to every rate as it comes back |
| Presenting | A printout, or the dealer cost on screen | A customer view with your price only |
| Contracting | Back to the administrator portal to type it again | From the same deal, where the administrator supports it |
EliteRater is opening to dealers in stages.
- More administrators and programs, each connected and tested before dealers see it.
- A shorter path from the first rate to a signed contract.
- Built with Elite FI agents and the dealers already using it.

Frequently asked questions.
What is EliteRater?
EliteRater is the e-rating and e-contracting desk Elite FI Partners builds for its dealers, as part of Elite OS. Decode a VIN once and live rates come back from each administrator’s own system, side by side. Build the menu from the plans you pick, present it with dealer cost hidden, and contract what the customer chooses from the same deal where the administrator supports it.
Which administrators are connected?
Administrators are connected one at a time, and each connection is tested before dealers see it. Your Elite FI agent can tell you which programs are live for your store today.
Can my salespeople see dealer cost?
No. Managers, F&I and sales each get their own view, and a sales role sees the price, never the dealer cost. Your markups are applied to every rate as it comes back, so everyone quotes the same price.
Does EliteRater replace our menu?
It builds a menu from the plans you pick for the deal, and shows your brochures, sample contracts and videos beside them when you present. It does not have to replace menu software you already use.
How do we sign in?
At eliterater.com, with a one time code sent to your email, so there is no password to remember. Your Elite FI agent switches each person at your store on.
How do we get EliteRater?
Today EliteRater is switched on for dealers by their Elite FI agent, and it is opening to more dealers in stages. If you work with an Elite FI agent, ask them to turn it on for your store. If not, join the launch list on this page.
