Appearance Protection
EcoPro RV

Built for how RVs actually live.

EcoPro is an appearance protection program engineered for RV ownership patterns — extended outdoor exposure, UV, moisture, and the mold risk that comes from vehicles that sit between trips. VOC-free, non-toxic, and non-flammable formulations cover the exterior paint and fiberglass, the interior cabin, the windshield, headlights, and optionally the roof. The right program for eco-conscious RV buyers and dealers who want a clean product story.

Why RVs are different

RV chemistry can\'t be automotive chemistry.

A car sits in a garage most nights and gets driven most days. An RV sits outside for weeks at a time, bakes in high-UV environments, collects moisture in seams and ventilation gaps, and often goes months between deep cleanings. That exposure profile breaks automotive-grade appearance products faster — they're not rated for the kind of sustained outdoor abuse an RV takes.

EcoPro's formulation was designed around RV ownership patterns. The chemistry accounts for fiberglass surfaces — not just steel and painted metal — and addresses the interior environments that develop mold and odor between camping seasons. The result is a program that actually holds up across the ownership cycle it's warranted for.

ExteriorShield

UV, oxidation, and road film protection for RV exteriors.

ExteriorShield bonds to RV exterior surfaces — both painted metal and fiberglass — to create a barrier against UV radiation, oxidation, and road film buildup. UV is the primary aging mechanism on RV exteriors: fiberglass chalks, paint oxidizes, and graphics fade faster than on passenger vehicles because RVs spend far more time stationary in direct sun.

The hydrophobic properties mean rain and road spray bead and run off rather than sitting in panel seams and fiberglass joints where water damage originates. For dealers who deliver RVs into high-UV markets — the desert Southwest, Florida, anywhere customers dry-camp regularly — ExteriorShield is a straightforward value story.

MicrobeRepel interior

Mold and odor protection for cabins that sit.

MicrobeRepel is the EcoPro interior treatment — antimicrobial protection applied to interior surfaces, upholstery, bathroom fixtures, kitchen surfaces, and storage compartments. For RVs, MicrobeRepel addresses a specific and real concern: vehicles that are closed up for weeks or months in humid environments develop mold and mildew in ways that passenger vehicles simply don't.

The bathroom and kitchen areas get the same treatment as the sitting and sleeping surfaces. That coverage matters: those are the zones most likely to develop organic growth between trips, and most likely to generate a customer complaint or warranty claim if untreated. MicrobeRepel reduces that risk across the entire interior — the customer story is "your RV stays cleaner between trips."

Windshield and headlights

Hydrophobic glass and UV-stable lenses.

EcoPro's windshield treatment applies a hydrophobic coating to the glass that improves water sheeting in rain — visibility at highway speed improves, and the wiper-dependent zone shrinks. RV windshields are large and expensive to replace; the coating also adds a degree of surface hardness that resists light road chip damage.

Headlight protection addresses UV yellowing on plastic lenses — a cosmetic issue that also affects beam quality. RV headlights sit higher off the ground and take more direct sun exposure than passenger vehicle units. Yellowing starts early on untreated lenses in high-UV markets; the EcoPro UV treatment maintains clarity across the ownership cycle.

Eco credentials

VOC-free. What that means in practice.

VOC — volatile organic compounds — are the solvents in most conventional coating products that evaporate during application and curing. High-VOC products require ventilation, create air quality concerns in enclosed application environments, and are increasingly restricted in California and other states with strict environmental standards.

EcoPro's formulations are VOC-free and non-flammable. Practically: application is safer for the technician, delivery isn't delayed by ventilation requirements, and the customer story includes a genuine environmental credential. For the growing segment of RV buyers who specifically ask about chemical exposure — particularly families with young children using the vehicle — "VOC-free, non-toxic" is a meaningful point of differentiation from ceramic programs that can't make that claim.
