If I asked you is your dealership firing on all cylinders what would you say? Be honest. Now, look at your dealership like a race car going through a race. And after so many laps your car has to make a pit stop. You refuel, you change the tires, and make all the necessary adjustments to quickly get back in the race.

Now, If your finance department is not performing well would you leave it as it is or would you make adjustments? Would you continue to race with bald tires? Would you continue to race without fuel?
Sometimes you have to make adjustments to keep your car in the race. And sometimes sitting at the pitstop are the best damn tires your car has ever seen!
