At a high level, how does all this work?

The vehicle is brought in for a customer-pay repair.

A Repair Order is generated for the customer to sign, which through DMS programming will now include a true Parts & Labor Limited Warranty on all lined covered repairs as part to the newly programmed RO document.

The warranty data is then digitally captured for the administrators’ use, so that the customer automatically receives a digital version of the warranty via email overnight.
