Rob began his professional journey in the automotive industry in 2012, when he joined a large franchise dealer group in East Michigan as a sales consultant. He quickly proved his sales skills and attracted the attention of an independent dealership that offered him a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid sales-to-finance role, catering to sub-prime customers. There, Rob learned the ins and outs of sub-prime lending and deal structuring, and developed a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this market segment.

After four years of working in the sub-prime niche, Rob decided to broaden his horizons and accepted an offer to relocate to northern Michigan and join another franchise auto group as a full-time finance manager. He worked with various brands, including Ford/Lincoln, Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram, and Chevrolet/Buick/GMC/Cadillac. He excelled in his role, achieving group-leading metrics in customer satisfaction, product penetration, and profitability. He also built strong relationships with lenders and customers alike.

Rob is a car lover who enjoys learning new things and sharing his knowledge with others. He is driven by process and results, and he always strives to deliver the best possible service and solutions to his clients.
