Training, Training & More Training

In the dealership, you will find that we have busy days and slow days. That is nothing new and happens at all stores. The trick is to make sure we are being productive with all of our time and especially the slow time. When sales slow down I always look at that as being a golden opportunity. That is the time to focus on training. And very rarely are we seeing dealers who are using that time effectively. Think about how much more efficient your process becomes and how much happier your customers are If that time is used to focus on process training, product knowledge and answering questions on the technology that is being used.
