The Warranty Pre-Sale

Are you doing a warranty pre-sell as part of your presentation?


The warranty pre-sell is used to outline what the manufactures warranty covers and what it does not. In doing this you set the stage to build value in your VSC and identify products that will fit your customer's needs.

This method is also a visual tool to help a customer see where their coverage expires and illustrates that in most cases a customer will run out of manufacturer coverage before they reach 3 years.
