Rob started his career in automotive sales in 2012, working for a large franchise dealer group in East Michigan. Shortly after was recruited to work for an independent dealership that focused mainly on a hybrid sales-to-finance approach tailored to sub-prime customers.
Rob gained extensive knowledge of sub-prime lending and deal structuring. After four years, Rob was recruited to move to northern Michigan to take a full-time position with another franchise auto group. Over the next five years, Rob worked in finance with all three major domestic auto manufacturers. While doing finance at Ford/Lincoln & Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram, Rob was a top performer with group-leading metrics. Rob is a process-driven car guy who has a passion for helping others improve.
