Julio started his career in the aviation industry in 2015 while also going to school at the Technological Institute of Sonora for business administration.
In 2019 Julio transitioned into the automotive industry, accepting a position in sales at one of the largest independent dealerships in Arizona. As one of the top performers, Julio was quickly promoted to the finance department. Tasked with creating a sub-prime department at the dealership, Julio focused on creating new lender relationships while also assisting with changing the inventory at the dealership to match lender programs. In 2021 Julio accepted a position to set up and run the finance department at a dealership in east Tucson, Arizona. Julio has extensive knowledge of dealer systems and integration tools. Julio created processes that led to his dealership having the leading metrics for his group. Julio is bilingual in English and Spanish. Julio joined the Elite FI team in August of 2022. Julio has been a massive asset to training and development with dealer partners.
