Smart AutoCare's Online Claims Portal was developed to assist shops & adjusters with the creation and processing of claims with the goal of expediting the entire claims process.

The Online Portal allows for our selling dealers and agents to start and monitor claims online, without having to call in.

  • You will be able to see previous claims for each customer

  • Creates shorter hold times for claims that require a phone call

  • The notes page within the claim view screen is where claims adjusters document progress and is available for you to review.

  • Allows you direct access to contracts to assist with coverage questions at any time during the claim process.

  • The portal provides messaging/chat options to help eliminate phone calls. Agents and dealers have this access.

  • Allows you to follow along with claims as they are processed.

Cancellation Information

CONTRACT MUST BE CANCELLED THROUGH DEALER

COPY OF CONTRACT IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH ALL CANCELLATIONS


Send the cancellation form along with supporting documentation to Cancellations@smartautocare.com.

Allow 2-3 weeks processing time.

Required documents for cancellations are a completed Smart AutoCare Cancellation form along with:

Sale Unwound

  • signed by the dealer

  • Must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date

Customer request -

  • signed by the customer

  • cancellation date will be the date the customer signed

The Cancellation Form must be signed by the customer, “Signature on  File" or "Over the Phone" cannot be accepted.

Customer request due to total loss -

  • Total Loss letter from insurer

  • cancel date used will be the date of the loss

Customer request due to trade -

  • odometer/bill of sale showing trade

  • cancel date used will be the date of the trade

Customer request due to repo

  • Repo Letter from Lienholder

  • cancel date used will be the date of the repo
