- we will have service run a battery diagnostics test to ensure the battery is defective and needs replaced.

- service will send us the diagnostics test and then we will process payment over the phone

- customer guarantee is to replace their battery with an equal value battery up to the selected coverage amount

Key:

- service or customer calls us to start the claim

- we will have the customer take a screen shot of the app that pairs with their bluetooth tracking device to show the last known location and that they cannot find their keys

- if the customer cannot find their lost keys, we will replace their keys up to the selected coverage amount
